What To Expect
From Your HOME TREATMENT During Covid-19
In Preparation For Your Appointment
Have your own clean mask, cloth or medical will do – nothing that covers the back of the neck
Ensure all forms are filled out before your session (COVID Screening / Health History (1x/year)) all can be filled out through links in emails sent by my booking system
I will be bringing a treatment table and stool to provide your therapeutic massage. Please have an open area ready for your treatment session.
To reduce the risk of cross contamination, at this time I am asking you to provide:
2 flat sheets
2 hand towels
1 pillow case or t-shirt
2 pillows
1 Bluetooth speaker - if available

Please note that if you or anyone in your household develop any of the symptoms described in your required Covid-19 screening form that you received with your booking confirmation email that you cannot be treated and we will have to rebook your appointment to a later date.

When I Arrive For Your Appointment
Please wear a clean mask, cloth or medical, which will be required to be kept on during the entirety of my stay
I will call you when I arrive. Please meet me at your front door where I will ask the COVID screening questions one more time. Please let me know if anyone from your household is home as I will be required to screen them upon my arrival and they will be asked to provide their name and number for contact tracing purposes.
I will be arriving 10 min before your appointment and may require up to 20 min post treatment to complete the cleaning and disinfecting protocols
At this time I am requesting contact-less payment in the form of e-transfer and will be providing your insurance receipt through email
As A Massage Therapist…
Prior to each session I will complete my own COVID-19 screening
Follow the protocols of the Ministry of Health and Public Health Ontario for screening, disinfection and the use of PPE
Wash my hands up to my elbows after each patient visit and before starting with the next patient
